Exposure to full or direct sunlight is not recommended for any of our stones, and  some stones may fade with extended exposure. With the exception of the Entry System Handle, products are  designed for interior use. Installation is not recommended where temperatures may fall to less than 34°F / 1°C.

Cleaning of most stones (see note below) can be accomplished by wiping or buffing with a soft cloth or by using mild soap and water.  DO NOT USE HARSH CHEMICALS or alcohol-based products on any stone or hardware.

NOTE: Pyrite stones may rust if cleaned with water-based cleaning products due to the metal content of the stone. Wipe with dry soft cloth, vacuum or use dust/lint remover spray such as those used with computer equipment.

MYTERRA LLC warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship of the products themselves* under normal residential use for a period of five (5) years from original date of purchase, including adherence of stones to hardware. Commercial use is warranted for a period of two (2) years.

The stones used on MYTERRA Gemstone Hardware products are natural elements of the earth, not manufactured products, and therefore are not warranted against cracking or other breakage of the stone itself through normal use. In the event stone breakage does occur, contact MYTERRA LLC for current stone replacement policies. In no event shall this warranty cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence to hardware or stones, or due to improper installation* of any product.

MYTERRA LLC shall, at its option, repair or replace defective products as covered by this warranty. To keep warranties in effect the product must have been handled & used as indicated in Care & Cleaning instructions and installed properly by owner or credentialed installer. Evidence of purchase by dated receipt is required for any & all claims made under this warranty.

*MYTERRA LLC shall not be liable for any damages or loss of any kind arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state-to-state and country-to-country.
